full-time Sr. Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
Job Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include benefit management including health,
dential, life, vision, flex plans, 401(k)/403(b), Profit Sharing Plan,
Bargaining Defined Benefit Plan and Stock Plan. Responsible for timely
completion and filing of 5500s. Responsible for overseeing the
implementation and administration of benefit programs for 2 entities
(for-profit and non-profit). Responsible for implementing and
coordinating annual open enrollments.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years benefits administration and design experience
preferred. Strong knowledge of ERISA laws and HRIS systems. Strong
skills in California law as it relates to FMLA/CFRA/PDL/ADA and

Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position will include managing the day to
day administration duties and client relationships for case loads of
around 80-100 qualified plans. Administration responsibilities include
eligibility and vesting determinations, actuarial or account
valuations, 401(a)(4) and 410(b) testing, 5500 preparation, ability to
properly document or amend a plan, and trust accounting skills.
Job Requirements
You MUST have at least 3-5 years experience in providing full
administration services for small to medium size qualified plans.
