Job Description Facey Medical Foundation/Facey Medical Group is a premier healthcare team offering a broad scope of multi-speciality services in ten locations serving 170,000 patients. We are seeking a full-time Sr. Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

Job Responsibilities  Primary responsibilities include benefit management including health, dential, life, vision, flex plans, 401(k)/403(b), Profit Sharing Plan, Bargaining Defined Benefit Plan and Stock Plan. Responsible for timely completion and filing of 5500s. Responsible for overseeing the implementation and administration of benefit programs for 2 entities (for-profit and non-profit). Responsible for implementing and coordinating annual open enrollments.

Job Requirements  Minimum 5 years benefits administration and design experience preferred. Strong knowledge of ERISA laws and HRIS systems. Strong skills in California law as it relates to FMLA/CFRA/PDL/ADA and Workers' Compensation. QUALIFIED RETIREMENT PLAN ADMINISTRATOR/CONSULTANT
Location: The Senex Group is looking to add a responsible, technically competent Pension Administrator in our Woodland Hills, California office. 

Job Responsibilities  The responsibilities of this position will include managing the day to day administration duties and client relationships for case loads of around 80-100 qualified plans. Administration responsibilities include eligibility and vesting determinations, actuarial or account valuations, 401(a)(4) and 410(b) testing, 5500 preparation, ability to properly document or amend a plan, and trust accounting skills.

Job Requirements  You MUST have at least 3-5 years experience in providing full administration services for small to medium size qualified plans.

Must have a thorough working knowledge of compensation theory and practices for base, variable, and differential compensation, and effective employee communications vehicles, as well as Human Resources practices & labor laws in areas of Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, and Wage & Hour differentials.

Job Requirements  Excellent interpersonal/ presentation/oral and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Windows-based systems applications, HRIS, and end-user report writer tools required; Meditech experience a plus.
